A little History About San Diego,
In 1602 Sebastian Vizcaino arrived to the coast of San Miguel, and names it “San Diego de Alcala”, now San Diego. In 1867 Alonzo Horton a wealthy trader and land owner came to San Diego with the dream of building a new city. Alonzo purchase 960 acres, at 27 ½ cents an acre and said "I have been nearly all over the world and this is just the prettiest place for a city I ever saw."
San Diego is the seventh largest city in the USA, with a population of 1.3 million residents and more than 2.8 million residents countywide yet retains a "small town feel." San Diego according to travel magazines and online travel’s poll has ranked # 1 for his perfect climate, outdoor activities, spectacular beaches-mountains, low crime rate, clean air, and more. The daily temperatures average 70 degrees Fahrenheit year around.
Within its borders of 4,200 sq. miles, San Diego County encompasses 18 incorporated cities and numerous other beautiful neighborhoods and communities; La Jolla, Del Mar, Coronado, CHULA VISTA, Mission Hills, and more.
